We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged.
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.
After confirming the issue, we will provide a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.

- Cancellations cannot be accepted after the order has been shipped.
If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
